Transitional period closed Every classified mixture on the market now needs a notification
The last transitional deadline under CLP Annex VIII passed on 1 January 2025. There is no grace period left: a hazardous mixture placed on the EU market today has to carry a valid UFI and sit behind a submitted PCN dossier, whether it is a new product or one your company has sold for years without ever notifying it.
Consumer and professional mixtures have been in scope since 1 January 2021, industrial mixtures since 1 January 2024, and the transitional allowance that covered mixtures already on the market before those dates ended on 1 January 2025. National authorities do not distinguish between a product that was never notified and one whose transitional cover has simply run out.

The €550 dossier fee covers the UFI, the full IUCLID build and the submission itself, so there is no separate charge for the code your label needs. Extra points of sale and later updates are priced separately because they are separate submissions, not because the first quote was incomplete.
